What we collect

If you use the chat, we keep the conversation. If you fill the form, take the quiz and send it, or leave a message, we keep your name, email, business, phone if you give it, and what you wrote. We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site. It records clicks and scrolling, and it is set to hide anything you type.

How we use it

To answer you and so Keith can follow up. That is it. Nobody else sees it, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for ads.

The chat

The assistant is software. It answers from what is on this site. When it does not know, it says so and passes your question to Keith. It does not send you anything on its own.

How long we keep it

Chat logs, once the site has a chat, for 90 days. Lead details until you ask us to delete them.
